Digital Health for Complex Populations: Pilot Challenge

Designing digital health solutions that meet the needs of low-income, high-need individuals.



With support from Kaiser Permanente, the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) is connecting technology companies and health care organizations through the Digital Health for Complex Populations: Pilot Challenge. Two competitively selected host organizations and tech companies will partner for a nine-month digital health pilot, supported by a $25,000 grant from CHCS, to address challenges faced by low-income individuals with complex medical and social needs.
