Kristi Martin is a seasoned health policy expert with over 20 years of experience in the public sector, private sector, and philanthropy. She is currently a Director at Camber Collective, a strategy consulting firm known for its analytic rigor and human-centered approach. Kristi began her career at the National Institutes of Health in 2004, which led to roles in patient advocacy and health policy. She has held significant positions, including Chief of Staff to the Deputy Administrator at the Center for Medicare within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In this role, she advanced regulatory policy in Medicare, addressing high prescription drug costs and expanding access to services.

Before CMS, Kristi was Vice President for Health Care at Arnold Ventures, where she led the prescription drug pricing portfolio. Her extensive government experience includes roles at the Government Accountability Office, Office of Personnel Management, and the Department of Health and Human Services, equipping her to support policymakers in addressing health system challenges through pragmatic policy change. Kristi holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in health communication from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University.
